Important to note that this feature service is a utility network service. When viewing a feature on the map, the attribute value of an asset group is appearing as the asset group from the editing template in a web map versus the actual name of the subtype
Expected Behavior
The asset group on the map should be that as it appears in the web map and what the actual value is.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the Stormwater Network Editor map and browse to the inlet with object id of 1593.
View the attribute information of the asset and note the asset group of "Inlet"
Open same map and navigate to the same asset in Collector
View the attribute information of the asset and note that the asset group of "Catch Basin"
