When taking an area of a map offline, it would be nice to name the area when selecting the area and other properties rather than having to rename it once the area is downloaded.

Steps to Reproduce
Open a map that has offline capabilities enabled.
Add a new area for offline. When defining the properties of the area, would be nice to have an option to rename this area now. When the area was being downloaded, I did not understand that there was an option to rename it until after the area had downloaded
