Would like to see snapping enabled while collecting features #92

Issue

Snapping is not an available behavior while collecting

Expected Behavior

Not "expected" but I would like to be able to snap line and polygon features.

My users sometimes collect faultlines and other geological features in the field and need to snap these together to ensure consistency. Currently they have to go back in and snap them together from a desktop application. They would like the option to snap endpoints and boundaries while collecting in the app.
