ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal 10.8) Data not working in app #1

Issue

We have an ArcGIS Online web map with public (Portal 10.8) ArcGIS Enterprise Data in it and when opening the map a REST webpage opens up with an error 400 and the data never loads.

Expected Behavior

This webmap works in collector with no issues therefore it's an equivalency issue.

Map and Credentials

Service- https://trpd.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=bdde80f0084c4b83a4f120b1ee0d2aeb Please DO NOT edit the data- just opening the map will reproduce the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Simply opening the map.

This is a big showstopper for our organization- any chance there's an update on this issue?

@AmandaHuber has your portal been configured to allow connection with the Field Maps mobile app ? I just wanted to follow-up to see if the information that Brent shared allowed you to sign into the Portal successfully with Field Maps?

I was able to log in from the mobile but not from the browser
