Don't remove all containers #41

Can't think of a case when that is a good idea.

Thank you @aerth that is indeed a patently bad idea, appreciate you opening the PR, no brainer to merge this one. I also opened up #42 -- to remind myself to make a docker-compose scheme for this, the run script is kinda dirty in comparison.
