Reduced the docker image size from 1.12Gb to only 645MB & increased the speed of the image build process by n (n= number of cpu cores on your machine).

modified the dockerfiles for asterisk 11, 13 & 14.

11 & 13 ended OK

only 14 is still hanging atm It appears that the csv file hasn't been written to /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv I'm wondering why. user and group for the folder permissions are set to asterisk:asterisk And it is identical to the dockerfile for asterisk 13. @dougbtv could you have a look at this please?

added a Dockerfile for asterisk 16 certified LTS & added tests for it in travis.yml
