If I calculate my Pa:HR drift manually based on the averages in the first and last 20 minutes, I get 9%. However, the calculator says it is -0.5%, which seems wrong, even when manually looking at the spread between the pace and HR line, the gap is opening...

Can't upload the TCX file here. It's an export from Garmin Connect. Happy to send it...
