It would be nice to also include scraping of the Federal Council members biography. They have different bio URLs and use a different ID space. Example URL for Joseph Deiss: http://www.admin.ch/br/dokumentation/mitglieder/details/index.html?id=109 (while the parliament member 109 is Andreas Herczog)
