Run p4wn now like native fullscreen offline applications on Cellular Mobiles and Tablets with FirefoxOS, Android, iOS #13

Changes and wrappers so p4wn runs with an offline.appcache. p4wn can be installed as a packaged application or hosted application on Firefox OS devices to run even offline and in full screen. p4wn can now be installed and run on Safari enabled iOS devices being started via icon from Home Screen and run in full screen, too.

In index-mobile.html you will find a "new game" feature at the end of page. As the application is intended to run in full screen and without any browser alike framework surrounding the application this is needed since no reload button is available then. In fact Mozilla reviewers will demand this to approve uploading the p4wn application on Mozilla Firefox Marketplace.
