ContentPublication Limit exceeded Error #53

I ran a full test of all attachments in my sandbox, and am getting this error in the Apex Jobs log: "ContentPublication Limit exceeded." It shows 1524 batches processed, but 1455 failures. Any idea what would be causing this error? I have 152,000 attachments.

Hi @jgoodAI, sorry for late reply, I've (obviously) been running behind on following up on blog and GitHub comments.

The ContentPublication Limit Exceeded error refers to orgs having a limit in a rolling 24 hour period of how many Files (ContentVersion object) can be created. Please see this FAQ for links to more details on the limit differences between sandboxes and production orgs.

Production orgs have 200,000 limit per 24 hours, but that includes actions by users, data loaders, integrations, etc. that may also be creating Files in your org. Unfortunately, Salesforce does not expose how close to the limit you are, just an error once it's been hit =(

Thanks, Doug. I saw that there is another issue regarding this topic, and the fix was to request an increase to this limit. I will try that.
