update Stardust to Semantic UI React #3

Stardust has been renamed to Semantic UI React. The old Stardust URL in this repo still worked, because it redirected to the new Semantic UI React site. However, using the updated name and URL will help avoid confusion.

Hi @nmchaves I see that Stardust is alive and active again at https://github.com/stardust-ui, should that be added as a separate item?

Hi @douglasg14b. Thanks for the update! Sorry, I haven't been working with SUI for a while, so I'm not familiar with the ecosystem anymore. I think it might be best to close this PR
