What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply using the source files of the latest version of as3flickrlib from the 
SVN.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expecting to build the project with as3corelib without any errors, BUT,
flash builder 4 reports 34 problems.

1114: The public attribute can only be used inside a 
package.    AuthorizationViewClass.as   /AS3 Flickr 
API/src/com/adobe/webapis/flickr/authorization  line 73 Flex Problem

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Just now downloaded from SVN, so probably the latest. Using Win7 Flash Builder 
4.0.1.
