CSS missing #120

My project run in manjaro, python 3.6.4, django 2.0.1, without bootstrap file imported. When I run server and check ./admin , it seem like missing CSS files. django_admin_issue please tell me how to fix it,thanks

A bad yaourt package. work normal by install using pip
