Remove everything legacy-related from application code projects #298

Now unnecessary are: buildspec.yml, *template.yml, mljsapi.py, CORS handling.

There's generally a lot of unnecessary source in all the projects, like buildspec.yml. Have another ticket to get rid of all of it, or expand the scope here. Edit: scope expanded.
