Live update for read #577

If someone submits late, the people already reading the script don't know to refresh the page to get the latest answers. This exact thing has happened, causing a lib to be read with the default when the user, who was present and listening and noticed, had submitted an answer.

The lack of this feature also causes people to have disagreeing Haggadahs while they are sitting in the room with each other, creating confusion.

[ ] Grab the unpopulated script before submitting any libs, so that I can figure out liveReadLibId before submission, so that I can take note of who is assigned liveReadLib during submission, so I can re-submit it. Or just use the raw script, from S3, since we're already grabbing that before we start submitting.

It's looking like it will make more sense to open the liveRead browser before submitting, and watch for the default turning into the submitted lib, rather than re-submit.

Watching the default turn into the submission is more realistic anyway.
