Update github project page markup. #13

In the root directory there are 3 files with web markup in them. Consolidate them into a singular set of straightforward instructions that best reflect the project. Remove the old versions. Update master branch so github touchdown page reflects these changes.

The reason I left my version so scant was to reinforce that fewer steps to gets something going will attract more people to download, try and offer feedback. That being said, this enhancement is suggesting further refinement is necessary to find the right mix.
