Hi everybody !

I have made a lot of test on a rasberry Pi , with Picore Player (latest
version) Squeezelite 1.8
Squeezebox server 7.9 on a window 7 PC

on a Sotm DAC SDP1000 (dsd 64 compatible )

My Dac detect well DSD files and display indicate DSD64 ..
I have sound , but with regular Crackcles ...
I try different buffer size on Picore PLayer GUI ...but Cracles stay

Have you an Idea .
( i ve made Test with another DAC (Audio Alchemy DDP1 ) same probleme

does have the Delay switching between PCM and DSD any importance ?
I try 0 , 10 , 20 same problem...

for info i try a DAphile PC on the same DAC and all is perfect !

Thank you per advance for your help !

Sincerely Pascal

Quite simply Raspberry pi is not powerful enough or have fast enough interface
to play DSD smoothly. i had the same issues and they only went away when
changing to banana pi or better PC .
