In this pull request, the strong form is up-to-date with respect to ESFR and split-forms. The metric computations are also corrected with a series of unit tests verifying all changes. The unsteady test cases have been corrected to have passing/failing conditions and they no longer take as long. The log file with ctest results will come in the following days.
