任意一台broker挂了，整个消息就发送失败了？ #81

一台kafka broker机器重启后。 lua报错： [error] 6944#0: *828129796 [lua] producer.lua:258: buffered messages send to kafka err: not found broker, retryable: true, topic: clientlog, partition_id: 9, length: 1, context: ngx.timer, client: 127.0.0.1, server: 0.0.0.0:8082

重启openresty后恢复
