Describe the bug
When using core foundry weather effects, if the same weather repeats on consecutive days, it appears to toggle the weather FX rather than leaving them on.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use regenerate button to cycle through weather (I used Spring, Temperate, Verdant)
Expected behavior
FX should stay on until getting to a weather type that requires a change.
