msvcp71.dll library should be included into the app #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the cooktimer application
2. Launch cooktimer

What is the expected output? 
The application should launch.

What do you see instead?
There is an error message about missing "msvcp71.dll" library. I'm forced to 
search for it in the internet and to download it by myself.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cooktimer 0.9.1, Windows Seven Release Candidate Build 7100

Everything is the same for "msvcr71.dll" file. It is also not included.
