Follow up to https://github.com/downforacross/downforacross.com/pull/276
The other PR prevents new duplicates. This groups existing duplicates in the UI. Users who have already started or solved puzzles will still be able to see their results, but users who haven't touched a puzzle before won't see that there's duplicates.
