  Description

  This pull request adds Docker container support to the project. It includes changes to the .dockerignore, Dockerfile, and README.md files.

Summary

• Added .dockerignore file to exclude node_modules, npm-debug.log, Dockerfile, and .dockerignore itself.
• Updated Dockerfile to use node:14 as the base image, set the working directory to /app, copy package*.json files, run npm install, copy all files, expose port 3000, and set the command to npm start.
• Updated README.md to include instructions for building and running the Docker container.

Fixes #296.
