Color variables or palette for easier reuse #236

Allow creation and use of a single design palette of color variables which then can be chosen and reused throughout the design. This will allow users to re-theme and re-design much more easily, without chasing individual color selections throughout the customizer.

+1 for this as we could just save the brand colours and use again without inputting them every time.
