Grid link target (new tab/same tab) option #679

Currently you can specify in custom grid items only if you want the link to open in a new window/tab or same window/tab.

For other grid types, this should probably be exposed as a per-grid option, so that users can do things like make a portfolio grid linking to galleries and decide if they want all of the links to open a new tab.
