Add options for omitting template items on password protected pages #762

When a WordPress page is password protected, the content of that page is hidden from visitors until they provide a password.

Content in the template which is applied to that page is not hidden.

Many users have special content layouts created in a template, and want to choose which template items should be hidden when the template is applied to a password-protected WordPress page/post.

Perhaps the customizer can provide control at the block level so that users can opt to omit the block from the markup unless the visitor provides the correct password for the WordPress content?
