Add support for Facebook Comments by App ID #765

The Facebook Comments support provided by ProPhoto fails to provide users with several options that the feature can offer, including:

notifications of new comments
comment mirroring (between the website and a business FB page)

Proposing that we provide users with two options:

the method we offer today - just fill in a Facebook ID so you can moderate comments
the advanced method where users create an App ID and fill that into ProPhoto
