Add the ability to assign templates to pages for private designs #769

ProPhoto 6 allows users to work on a customizing design separately from their live design. However, if their live design has pages with specific templates applied (for example, an "About" page with an "About template" applied) they may not apply a template to that page while working on a new customizing design.

Changing the template while working on a customizing design will break the relationship of that page with it's original template from the live design, causing the page to display very differently to visitors.

Add the ability to track which template is applied to a page in the two states: live, and customizing
