Export Instagram grids #784

Currently, any design which uses a grid of the Instagram type will come into the user's design as Unknown Grid Type Exported which is harder to find, and unnecessarily confusing.

ProPhoto 6 should import the item as a grid with the sizing controls setup properly. If the user has not authorized an Instagram account within P6, the grid could render as a notice for admins only, reminding them to authorize an Instagram account.
