Ability to change widget titles from H1 to other H tag type #792

Currently, all widget titles receive an H1 tag. Some folks are concerned that this can be detrimental from an SEO standpoint. Perhaps provide options for selecting a different header tag type (h2-h6) when entering a widget title?
