Add height constraint and/or padding to gallery Expanded Mode #835

We have a image height constraint for gallery styles but it does not affect the Expanded Mode.

I'm proposing that we either cause this height constraint to affect the expanded mode so users can control how large their full-window images become, or proposing that we create a new customization so gallery styles can set the max height or padding around Expanded Mode image view.
