Add image controls for RSS feed #836

All prior versions of ProPhoto offered the ability to control how photos go in the RSS feed, giving the options to remove them entirely, provide downsized images, or provide full size images.

Especially in P6 when images are typically very large, photographers want control. It seems that at the very least, we should never allow images to go in the feed bigger than the "Large" image size from WordPress. But many users may also want to pick a smaller size or even no images.

Add at least these options back to ProPhoto 6:
