Edited/created a form without checking the option for the email field to serve as the reply-to address. Confused when replies were going back to his server's wordpress@someserver.com address instead of the client.
Forms do not force the reply-to for email fields. Users are often unaware where/how to set the email field as the reply-to field.
Almost never would you actually not want the sole email field to be the form reply-to address. Suggesting that every form defaults to this behavior unless the user unchecks the option for the first email field, or manually chooses to have a secondary email field be the reply-to email.
