Padding for left goes to 100% but right stops at 50%
Users often want left/right padding beyond 50% to get particular layouts - can we just update all blocks, rows, and columns to allow for up to 100% for this slider? If a user selects a value that is too high and causes layout problems, at least they can fix it. But limiting to 50% actually limits the user from achieving some layouts.
