It's confusing to have it say "disabled." I vote for showing the settings and then allowing an override.
Sometimes, even though it says "disabled" the override setting is still applying
Use a visual cue on the settings overrides icons so editors know if there is an active override. Currently it is highlighted only when you are making changes to that breakpoint override area. But when you exit the highlight goes away. There is nothing that indicates that there is an override present like we used to have with ProPhoto 6.

I recall wanting to have this show the current setting until overridden (instead of "disabled") but not having access to the value in the component. Let's explore this again, as well as having a gold "dot" in the corner of any device icons where there are overrides set.
Showing the inherited setting released in 8.2.0. Still need to add a gold dot to a breakpoint that has overrides present.
