Add an identifying "admin label" field to WordPress widgets #439

In ProPhoto 6, users could type in an "admin label" for each block or widget in their layout to make it easier to identify what each part of their layout was.

Using the widget module is unintuitive because the name of each widget in the dropdown selector does not help the user identify which widget is what.

There is no good way to differentiate between widgets, and since they do not render in the Visual Builder, users must save their change and view the page directly just to determine if they happened to pick the right one.
