Add "include child pages" option to page menu item #524

The page menu item allows users to link to a single WordPress page.

Creating a selective dropdown currently requires users to manually build a dropdown of child pages E.g. if a site has a parent page "Maternity" with child pages for other items:

To create a menu of this dropdown, users must create the 6 different "page" menu links and manually nest them into the order which matches their WordPress page hierarchy structure.

Proposing that we add the option for users to make one "Maternity" page menu item, with the optional checkbox to create a dropdown of child pages.
