Form integration with popular CMS and booking platforms #701

Maybe this needs to become a separate plugin, but the ProPhoto form should integrate with other services, such as:

Táve (Tave)
Mailchimp (for subscribing to things)
Honeybook
etc.

At the very least, passing name & email along, and at best giving forms the ability to merge collected data with specific features/options these services provide.
