Add support for menu items to open/close dropdowns #780

To expand or collapse a dropdown menu, visitors must click or tap the icon/arrow appearing next to parent menu items. This is a small target and better UX on mobile devices is to be able to tap the menu item itself.

However, since menu items can be links to pages or other content, it may be necessary to limit this feature to the custom text menu item type.
