Design front page can point to something other than a page #788

When a ProPhoto 7 site is installed, the default Crafted design doesn't run through the same init as normal design creation ... so it expects a homepage/front page to exist to work properly. (a hardcoded ID number)

But an existing WordPress setup might have something other than a page at that ID number (such as an attachment or other non-page item).

This causes the front of the site to render incorrectly with P7 in use, and also prevents the ProPhoto visual editor from loading. Users are effectively blocked, preventing them from doing anything.

The only remedy is to forcibly alter the design database record to use another page ID.

ProPhoto should smartly recover if the ID of the design's home page isn't a page.
