Ability to hide Visual Builder left sidebar #796

The left sidebar in the visual builder takes up a lot of real estate. If you are on a small monitor or narrow browser window this prevents getting an accurate picture of what larger breakpoints look like. Add some sort of toggle to hide/show the sidebar.
