Request: Delay between downloads beside the speed limiter #143

A delay between each download beside the speed limiter or one you can set per server. So delay in milliseconds or seconds.

Seconding this request.

I regularly batch-download materials from servers, and I've been getting complaints that I'm slowing things down on the server end. I want to stay in the good graces of these people, so I really need a way to delay between downloads.
