I download from sites where the file servers are under different subdomains, I want to make it so that downloads are done in parallel from them.

Allow the network rules to work on subdomains, instead of only the main domain.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no other alternative than I myself keep track of each file and group them by subdomain which is what I am doing.
Additional context
The sites I visit usually have a limit of one file per subdomain but no limit on how many I can download collectively. So I usually control the queue in such a way that the slower and faster domains do not exceed my network maximum. If even this bandwidth and download start control can be achieved somehow in the app itself then my whole flow will be automated and I can truly leave it to its own devices.
