Apparently Muscle Memory bug still exists #423

Class: Weaver Level: 80 Craftsmanship: 2522 Control: 2414 CP: 522 Recipe Name: Rebel Coat Recipe Level: 80** Solver Seed: 135099

Expected Behaviour

Muscle Memory not used after first step

Actual Behaviour

Muscle Memory has been used at the 2nd last step

Steps To Reproduce

Generate with given seed and settings
