rename namespace vars to stash

Fixes compilation under g++
identifier namespace conflicts with C++ keyword [-Wc++-compat]

rebased without the t/00-compile.t fix

-Mblib in Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Compile was fixed in 2013 already. Is anyone still maintaining this module? Lots of noise but no fixes.

We've been trying to get @doy to pass on comaint to a more active cabal.. we'll keep trying.
