Some file extensions were not scanned #17

  1. .htm and .jsx files were not collected for scanning
  2. package.json .htm .jsx were not extracted from asar files
  3. File extension comparison was case sensitive, so *.JS for example were not scanned. On Windows file names are insensitive.
