Create who we are section #16

Creates the Who We Are Section, complete with icons, text, and responsiveness.

  1. Takes icons from material-icons, and identifies alternatives for the values. I looked through the catalog of over 2000 icons, you're welcome.
  2. Makes the values render as one line on a big screen, 2 lines on a medium, and 3.5 on small screens
