can't build cmake in win64 #328

Hi, can't make cmake build in VC 2019 x64 -- LOG FILE-- log.txt -- LOG FILE-- fluid_exp_fluid-engine-dev_build

If I set it to x32 it passed but gives error in Visual Stuidio (when compiling solution) with "warnings set to error" messages. I saw this was an issue before but maybe could be solved globally?
