Can I make a "Banner TV Icon" for this game? #168

It will make it visible on most Android TV devices.

Can confirm myself that it works flawlessly on Chromecast with Google TV.

Albeit, I need to sideload it because it has no Banner Icon to display.

ZIP includes the SVG and PNG.

The font used is SAIBA-45 slanted 15 degrees to the right to give it an italic effect (it fits well):

Thanks for the reminder! Added the banner and manifest changes in https://github.com/dozingcat/Vector-Pinball/pull/191, it seems to work fine in the TV emulator.
