Need suggestions from crypto community on the initiatives listed in the Readme. #1

If you as a crypto community find the list of initiatives to be relevant for the needs of real IDO investors and crypto founders, and want to improve the list with better initiatives or tweak in one of the listed initiative, then you are welcome.
Suggestions can be given through ISSUES or Pull Request

All merged suggestions will be rewarded from DPAD Finance.

I will do research, add initiatives to the list and give my suggestions about the initiatives, which can be used to improve them. I will also correct the grammar to make the list easier to understand. 3) okeaguugochukwu has been approved to start work.
